Q. The present constitution of Japan―Should we keep it or change it?

I think there are three ways to reach concensus. One is we should keep everything even if it will have caused something bad. Another is we should reconstruct everything and build a country as we like.

Both ways are too extreme and impractical. Human rights secured in the law were a landmark of the history of these rights, but, nowadays, these are not enough. For example, rovisions for a social rights do not always secure "cultured living" (art. 25). Such a luck should revise. How about provisions for politics and religion? I think pretty good.

We should think the law in this way with thinking yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Yes, I know objection is only left way to contribute to today's culture. But it tend to be miss oneself. Investigation of detail leads us to the whole world.
